2. What data we process
We process the data you voluntarily share through our contact form (name, email and message) and basic technical browsing information (approximate IP address, device type, browser language and pages visited). We do not request sensitive data or financial data through this site.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, improve how the site works, prevent abuse and, where you authorise it, measure the performance of advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads. The legal basis is your consent, the legitimate interest of keeping the service operational and compliance with Law 25.326 on Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and related regulations in force in 2026.
4. Retention periods
We keep contact form data for the time needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for up to 24 months for statistical purposes and internal audit. Technical activity logs are deleted or anonymised within no more than 12 months.
5. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share it with providers that operate on our behalf (web hosting, traffic measurement, communication tools) under confidentiality agreements. When such providers are located outside Argentina, we require adequate data protection safeguards.
6. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update or request the deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent for optional processing (for example, advertising cookies). To exercise these rights write to hola@caporixa.com explaining your request. You can also file a claim with the Agency for Access to Public Information of the Argentine Republic.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, incident monitoring and periodic reviews. No system is infallible, but we work to minimise risk.
